These are my favorite tried and tested cakes that I love to make. All are available in 1/2 sheet, 12", 9" and 6" sizes with gluten free options!
- Strawberry shortcake:
3 layers of vanilla bean sponge cake filled with whipped coconut cream and lovingly topped with fresh organic strawberries.
- Triple chocolate fudge cake:
All of the fudge, non of the guilt. This decadent 3 layer chocolate sponge cake is filled with velvety avocado chocolate pudding and frosted with heavenly chocolate ganache.
- Seasonal lemon poppyseed cake:
3 layers of lemon poppyseed sponge cake filled with lemon curd and coconut cream and topped with fresh, organic seasonal fruit.
- Salted caramel cake:
3 layers of chocolate fudge cake filled with rich salted caramel and topped with vanilla bean 'butter' cream and a salted caramel swirl, all toped with a sprinkle of flaked sea salt.
- Cookie cake:
Just like it says, a giant chocolate chip cookie (only available in a one layer 9" or 6" size.)
- Raw cheesecake (always gluten free):
Velvety cashew base on top a of date coconut crust. Customize with fresh seasonal fruit, chocolate, vanilla, lemon, lavender or date caramel.
